A. Bill/Service Payments

A.1. Cancellation Policy:

Once a bill or service payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please ensure all details are correct before initiating the payment.

A.2. Refund Policy for Failed Payments:

If a payment fails after the amount is deducted from the user's account, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment instrument (e.g., bank account, credit card, or wallet) used during the transaction.
Ritzzpay is not liable for any delays caused by the respective financial institutions or payment gateway.

B. Utility/Rent Payments

B.1. Cancellation Policy:

Transactions related to utility or rent payments are non-cancelable once processed. Please double-check the payment details (e.g., beneficiary account number, ifsc code, amount) before proceeding.

B.2. Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued for successful utility or rent payments made through Ritzzpay. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid errors.

General Terms

Responsibility of the User:

The user is solely responsible for entering accurate details (e.g., utility account numbers, loan numbers, repayment account number, amounts, and other relevant information) during transactions. Ritzzpay is not liable for any losses due to user errors.

Verification and Disputes:

For failed payments or disputes, users must contact Ritzzpay's customer support team within 48 hours of the transaction. Provide all relevant details (e.g., transaction ID, date, and payment proof) to facilitate resolution.

Refund Processing Timeline:

Refunds for eligible transactions will generally be processed within 7 business days. However, the actual time may vary based on the user's payment provider or bank policies.

Third-Party Providers:

If Ritzzpay uses third-party services for processing payments, the refund or cancellation terms of the respective service provider will also apply.

Finality of Transactions:

Once a transaction is successfully processed, it is considered final and cannot be reversed unless eligible for a refund as per the terms.
