At Ritzzpay, we aim to create a platform that rewards high-trust, creditworthy individuals while inspiring others to achieve the same standard.

Eligibility

By registering with Ritzzpay and accessing Ritzzpay Services, you represent the following:

• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You are not barred or otherwise legally prohibited from accessing or using the Ritzzpay App and Ritzzpay Services.
• You agree to seek your credit score from Credit Information Companies using the Ritzzpay App and disclose the said credit score to Ritzzpay. Ritzzpay may use this score to determine your eligibility for various Ritzzpay Services.
• If you onboarded on the Ritzzpay App on or before September 30, 2023, you confirm that you were 18 years of age or older at the time of onboarding. If you onboarded on or after October 1, 2023, you confirm that you were 21 years of age or older at the time of onboarding.
• If you allow anyone to use your account, including individuals under 21 years of age, you are responsible for ensuring their compliance with these Terms of Use. Ritzzpay is not responsible for verifying eligibility requirements.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Ritzzpay Services LLP ("Ritzzpay"), having its registered office at Plot No. 82, Pent House, Samatha Nilayam, Sagar Society, Srinagar Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500073. By using Ritzzpay Services offered through the Ritzzpay App, website, or related platforms, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using Ritzzpay Services and uninstall the Ritzzpay App.

• "Ritzzpay", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Ritzzpay Services LLP and its associated entities.
• "You", "Your", "User" refers to any registered user or potential user of Ritzzpay.
• "Ritzzpay App" refers to the mobile application(s) hosted by Ritzzpay.
• "Ritzzpay Platforms" includes all mediums owned, hosted, or used by Ritzzpay, including websites, apps, social media channels, and chatbots.
• "Ritzzpay Services" refers to all services offered by Ritzzpay, including but not limited to Ritzzpay Wallet, Bill Payments, Service Payments, Utility Payments, Credit Card Bill Payments, Rewards, and other financial solutions.

Use of Ritzzpay

When using Ritzzpay, you agree to the following conditions:

• You may only maintain one account unless authorized otherwise by Ritzzpay.
• Your use of Ritzzpay must comply with applicable laws.
• Ritzzpay is for personal use unless explicitly permitted otherwise.
• All registration details you provide must be accurate, truthful, and complete. You must maintain updated account information at all times.
• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must keep your account credentials confidential and notify Ritzzpay immediately in case of unauthorized use or security breaches.
• Transactions made through your account are your responsibility, even if initiated by others with or without your consent.
• You are prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, or tampering with Ritzzpay content or intellectual property.
• You shall not misuse the Ritzzpay App to engage in unlawful activities, harm other users, or defraud Ritzzpay or its partners.
• You may not distribute viruses, modify content, or interfere with the functionality of the Ritzzpay App or Platform.
• By using the Ritzzpay App, you consent to receive automatic updates, patches, and new versions for enhanced functionality.
• Not all Ritzzpay products, services, and rewards are available in all regions. Ritzzpay reserves the right to determine your eligibility for specific offerings.
• In case of device theft or loss, you must notify Ritzzpay immediately to block your account and reset credentials.

Supplemental Terms

Some Ritzzpay features, such as Ritzzpay Wallet, Bill Payments, Service Payments, Utility Payments, Credit Card Bill Payments and Rewards, are governed by additional terms, which you accept when using these services. Ritzzpay reserves the right to deliver services either directly or via partnered entities, including payment aggregators.

Violation of Terms or Suspicious Activity

If we believe that you have violated any of the conditions mentioned in these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Supplemental Terms applicable to certain services, or any agreements consented to via the Ritzzpay App, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Ritzzpay App and/or delete your account without prior notice. Additionally, we may reverse any transaction undertaken by you.

If we have reason to believe that there is suspicious or unusual activity being carried out through your account, we may temporarily or permanently suspend your access to Ritzzpay Services and reverse any transaction undertaken by you.

If we suspect that any feature, offer, or reward promotion is being availed by you in a manner:

• that is not intended to be availed;
• that purports to artificially increase (or decrease) your transaction volume or usage of the App;
• that is designed to deliberately sidestep fair use restrictions;
• that may result in you gaining an undue, unfair, or unethical advantage over other users or commercial partners; or
• that is intended to cause losses or other harm to commercial partners,

Ritzzpay reserves the right to reverse the relevant transaction, suspend your account, or restrict you from using the Ritzzpay App in its entirety or any specific feature(s) thereof.

Ritzzpay may request additional information or documents from you from time to time, including but not limited to your Permanent Account Number (PAN), in connection with the above. If you fail to provide such information or documents to Ritzzpay’s satisfaction, we may reverse any transactions undertaken by you and may suspend your account or restrict your access to the App or any of its features.

You may reach out to the Ritzzpay support team for assistance with any queries or issues arising from the aforementioned suspension, deletion, or restriction of your account.

Termination / Deletion of Your Account

You may end your legal agreement with Ritzzpay Services LLP at any time by deactivating your account and discontinuing the use of Ritzzpay Services. We provide all our users with an option to request an archive of a specific card stored on their account or deletion/deactivation of the complete account through the support section on the Ritzzpay App.

Following a request for account deletion or termination by Ritzzpay, we will consider the agreement terminated and take appropriate steps. However, Ritzzpay may continue to maintain transaction records for record-keeping purposes and/or regulatory reasons.

Deletion of the account or termination does not absolve you of any obligations undertaken prior to the deletion or termination of the account, including but not limited to the obligation to repay any loan availed by you. Ritzzpay may continue to retain a record of your transactions made on the Ritzzpay App for regulatory and archival purposes.

Fees

You are responsible for any fees that may be applicable to certain transactions or the use of the Ritzzpay App. Such applicable fees will be clearly notified to you prior to the completion of any transaction. By clicking 'Proceed,' 'Submit,' 'Continue,' or any other similar button on the Ritzzpay App, you shall be deemed to have provided your consent to the fees displayed on the respective page.

Rewards and Cashback

Third-Party Rewards

• Rewards offered on the Ritzzpay App may include products, services, or discounts provided by third-party partner companies ("Partner Companies").
• The availability and redemption of such rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Partner Companies. Ritzzpay is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or fulfillment of these third-party rewards.
• Any disputes or concerns regarding third-party rewards must be addressed directly with the respective Partner Company.
• Third-party rewards may have a limited validity period as defined by the Partner Company. It is the user's responsibility to redeem them within the specified time frame.

Cashback Rewards

• Cashback rewards, if applicable, will be directly credited to your Ritzzpay Wallet upon successful completion of qualifying transactions.
• Cashback amounts may vary based on the specific offers and promotions active during the transaction period.
• Cashback credited to your Ritzzpay Wallet can only be used for services available within the Ritzzpay App, such as bill payments, purchases, or other in-app functionalities.
• Cashback cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to an external account unless otherwise specified.
• Ritzzpay reserves the right to specify the minimum wallet balance or usage conditions for cashback rewards within the app.

Only registered and verified users of the Ritzzpay App are eligible to participate in rewards and cashback programs.

Certain rewards or cashback offers may have additional eligibility criteria, such as minimum transaction amounts or specific payment methods, which will be communicated during the offer period.

Ritzzpay reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or revoke any rewards or cashback offers at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Any unused rewards or cashback credits in the wallet may be forfeited if the account is closed, suspended, or terminated for any reason.

Misuse or abuse of reward offers, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or multiple account creation, will lead to disqualification from receiving rewards and potential suspension of the account.

Ritzzpay is not liable for any delays in crediting rewards or cashback caused by technical errors, service disruptions, or external factors beyond its control.

By participating in rewards and cashback programs, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions as well as Ritzzpay’s other Terms of Use.

Privacy

We collect, hold, use, and transfer your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you also acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which may be updated and/or modified by Ritzzpay from time to time.

You understand and consent that, to the extent permitted by applicable law: (a) Any data provided by you in connection with Ritzzpay Services may be shared with our subsidiaries, affiliates, or partners. (b) Your data may be used by Ritzzpay for enhancing the quality and scope of Ritzzpay Services, including but not limited to developing and launching new products and services. For detailed information on how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The Ritzzpay Services, including all content, software, functions, material, and information made available or accessible through the Ritzzpay Platform, are provided “as is.” Ritzzpay Services LLP, its affiliates, and their respective agents, co-branders, or partners make no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the content, software, functions, material, and information accessible through the Services.

Ritzzpay does not warrant that the content, information, or materials on the Ritzzpay App, including but not limited to third-party sites or services linked to the Ritzzpay App or Platform, will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Ritzzpay also does not guarantee that any defects will be rectified or that the Ritzzpay App or the servers hosting the content, information, and materials are free from viruses or other harmful components.

Additionally, you acknowledge that a payment transaction is solely between the user initiating the payment (“Sender”) and the user receiving the payment (“Recipient”). Ritzzpay does not provide any guarantees or warranties concerning the quality of services, goods, or delivery-level commitments made by the Recipient. Ritzzpay cannot ensure that Commercial Partners or other Users are compliant with these Terms of Use or any other stated provisions.

You agree to assume all risks of harm or injury arising from any non-compliance by other Users or Commercial Partners. It is your responsibility to conduct adequate due diligence before transferring payments through the Ritzzpay App.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ritzzpay, its group entities, officers, shareholders, subsidiaries, associate companies, directors, employees, agents, partners, co-branders, licensors, licensees, consultants, or contractors be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages or losses whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, profits, goodwill, and/or other intangible losses, whether foreseeable or not, regardless of whether Ritzzpay has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such liability may arise from any theory, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence, or any other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your use of, or access to, the Ritzzpay Platforms, Ritzzpay App, or Ritzzpay Services.

In no event shall Ritzzpay Services LLP’s total cumulative liability to you in connection with the Ritzzpay Services, for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether arising under contract, tort, or otherwise), exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand only).

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ritzzpay Services LLP, its group entities, officers, owners, directors, employees, agents, partners, co-branders, licensors, licensees, consultants, contractors, and other applicable third parties (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, causes of action, costs or debts, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• your use of and access to the Ritzzpay App and the Ritzzpay Platforms;
• your violation or breach of these Terms of Use;
• your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• your engagement in any prohibited activities as stated herein;
• your failure to comply with applicable laws, including tax laws and cybersecurity regulations; or
• any claim that your use of the Ritzzpay App caused harm to a third party.

Disputes & Arbitration

In consideration of Ritzzpay granting you access to and use of its App, Platforms, and Services, you agree that Ritzzpay shall not be a party to disputes arising between you and any Commercial Partner, User, or recipient of transferred funds. While Ritzzpay is not obligated to mediate or resolve such disputes, Ritzzpay may assist in facilitating communication between the parties at its discretion.

Unless stated otherwise, these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, conflict, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Ritzzpay Services, or their validity or enforceability (a "Dispute") shall first be raised with Ritzzpay’s customer support. If unresolved, the dispute may be escalated through Ritzzpay’s grievance redressal channels.

If the dispute remains unresolved within 60 days, it may be exclusively referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. For disputes initiated by Users, arbitration proceedings shall be initiated following escalation procedures. For disputes initiated by Ritzzpay, arbitration may be directly invoked.

• The arbitration will be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Ritzzpay.
• The place of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• The language of arbitration will be English.
• The arbitration process and all related documents, submissions, and awards will remain strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Use and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights

The Ritzzpay App, Ritzzpay website, Ritzzpay logos, and all Ritzzpay Services are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other applicable intellectual property laws. No information, content, or material—including, but not limited to, page headers, images, graphics, audio, video clips, text, or reports—may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without Ritzzpay’s prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Ritzzpay App and Platforms, subject to compliance with these Terms of Use.

Ritzzpay Services LLP and its licensors exclusively own the underlying software, source code, and intellectual property associated with the Ritzzpay App, Platforms, and related content.

When you upload, submit, store, send, or receive content (including feedback) through the Ritzzpay App, you grant Ritzzpay a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such content. The rights granted are limited to operating, promoting, and improving the Ritzzpay Services and developing new features. This license persists even after you stop using Ritzzpay Services.

Tax Liability

You agree to comply with all applicable tax laws in connection with your use of Ritzzpay Services, including, but not limited to, the reporting and payment of taxes arising from payments made through the Ritzzpay App or funds/income received via Ritzzpay Services. You acknowledge and agree that, when required by applicable law, Ritzzpay may deduct taxes at source (TDS) from your rewards, cashback (credited as Ritzzpay Wallet Balance or otherwise), or winnings. Ritzzpay may also require you to submit your PAN details or other necessary documentation before processing such cashback or rewards.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Ritzzpay App, Ritzzpay Services, your transactions with Ritzzpay, and the relationship between you and Ritzzpay Services LLP shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the Disputes & Arbitration Clause above, you agree that all claims, differences, and disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderaad, Telangana, India.

Assignment

You shall not transfer or assign any of your rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to any third party. You acknowledge and agree that Ritzzpay Services LLP may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, to:

• Any entity within the Ritzzpay Group,

An acquirer of Ritzzpay Services LLP or any of its equity interest, business, or assets, or

A successor entity resulting from any corporate action, including mergers, acquisitions, or demergers.

General

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you, Ritzzpay Services LLP, Ritzzpay Group Entities, or any third party as a result of the agreement contained in these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any applicable law, such provision or part thereof shall be considered severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the legality, validity, or enforceability of the remaining provisions. In such cases, Ritzzpay shall replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a provision that is legal, valid, enforceable, and as close as possible to the intended purpose of the original provision.

These Terms of Use (together with any additional terms displayed in specific sections of the Ritzzpay App or Ritzzpay Website) constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties concerning its subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter.

Updation

Ritzzpay Services LLP may modify or amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on the Ritzzpay Website or within the Ritzzpay App. The updated version shall supersede all prior versions and take immediate effect upon posting. By continuing to use the Ritzzpay Services after any changes, you agree to the updated Terms of Use. If you disagree with the updated Terms of Use, you must cease using the Ritzzpay App and its services. We encourage you to review the Terms of Use regularly to stay informed about updates or modifications.

Contact Us

If you have concerns, complaints, or grievances about the Terms of Use, other users, or the usage of the Ritzzpay App in a way that infringes your rights, or if you have any complaints about how Ritzzpay handles your personal information, you can contact our customer support team via the Ritzzpay App or Ritzzpay's official communication channels.

If your concerns are not addressed to your satisfaction, you may also escalate the issue by contacting our Grievance Redressal Officer. Contact Grievance officer at grievance@ritzzpay.com.

Section A: Supplemental Terms for Credit Card Bill Repayments

The following terms and conditions ("RITZZPAY CCBR T&Cs”) are specific to the use of the Credit Card Bill Repayment (CCBR) feature:

A.1. Personal Use

• You may use the CCBR feature solely for personal purposes. Offering this feature to other individuals or entities on a commercial basis is strictly prohibited.
• You agree to make only genuine payments/transactions using the CCBR feature. Ritzzpay reserves the right to reverse any transaction if it suspects the transaction is not genuine. You must not use the CCBR feature for money laundering, terrorist financing, illicit payments, or any other use prohibited by law or considered unethical.
• If you make a payment for a credit card that does not belong to you, you assume full responsibility for the transactions associated with that credit card for the billing cycle in which the payment was made using the Services.
• Ritzzpay may request additional information or documentation as needed, including but not limited to your Permanent Account Number (PAN), to verify transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory information or documentation may result in Ritzzpay reversing your transactions and restricting access to the CCBR feature.

A.2. Credit Card Information

You are solely responsible for all the information you input while using the Ritzzpay App, including the CCBR feature.

In particular, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of:

• details of the credit card for which the payment is being made;
• details of the payment instrument used for the transaction; and
• the payment amounts.

If you input incorrect information, you will bear the consequences of the resultant transaction and any associated charges. Ritzzpay, at its sole discretion and without obligation, may assist in reversing such transactions if technically feasible and viable.

You also agree that the credit card details entered for CCBR transactions may be saved or tokenized for seamless usage across other Ritzzpay Services.

A.3. Refunds

Ritzzpay will not be liable for payments made toward an incorrect credit card account input by you. If money has been charged to your payment instrument but not credited to your credit card within 72 (seventy-two) working hours of completing the transaction, you must inform us through the customer support section of the Ritzzpay App.

Upon investigating such cases, if it is confirmed that money was charged without the corresponding delivery of payment/service, a refund will be processed within twenty-one (21) working days (or as required by applicable law) from the date your query was received. Refunds will be credited to the original payment instrument used or a Specified Refund Account.

Ritzzpay may allow you to verify a Specified Refund Account to which all refunds for failed transactions will be credited. The mode of reversal will be determined solely by Ritzzpay in accordance with applicable laws. Ritzzpay disclaims all liability, including for refunds, in the event of errors caused by a failure in systems or networks of banks, card networks, or other intermediary service providers.

In the event a payment has been wrongly made and credited to your credit card account or bank account, Ritzzpay reserves the right to initiate an automatic refund through your bank. By using Ritzzpay Services, you consent to such refunds initiated by Ritzzpay or your bank to correct any erroneous transaction, credit, or double payment made to your account. Ritzzpay will inform you of any corrective action taken to process such refunds.

A.4.Limited Time Offers

Ritzzpay, either independently or in collaboration with its Commercial Partners, may run limited-time offers enabling Users to receive cashback or other benefits upon paying their credit card bills (credited as Wallet Balance or otherwise). Ritzzpay reserves the right to introduce, modify, or withdraw such offers at any time without prior notice.

Any benefits advertised or displayed on the Ritzzpay App or other media channels are indicative and may vary. The actual benefits awarded to winners may be equal to or lower than the advertised amount. All advertisements or benefit amounts displayed on the Ritzzpay App shall be interpreted as offering benefits "up to" the stated amount, regardless of whether the term "up to" is explicitly mentioned in the advertisement, display, or marketing material on any channel.

Section C: Supplemental Terms for Ritzzpay – Bill Payment & Service Payments

The following terms and conditions (“Ritzzpay Bill Payment T&Cs”) are specific to the use of the bill payment product introduced by Ritzzpay, which allows users to pay bills to various billers. This includes, but is not limited to, electricity distribution companies, piped gas companies, LPG gas distribution companies, education fees, water bills, and other similar services (“Ritzzpay Bill Payment”). All Users accessing the Ritzzpay Bill Payment platform or using Ritzzpay Bill Payment shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Ritzzpay Bill Payment T&Cs.

C.1. Eligibility

Ritzzpay reserves the right to make Ritzzpay Bill Payment available to some or all Ritzzpay Users at its sole discretion. Ritzzpay may also suspend or discontinue offering Ritzzpay Bill Payment services to any User at its sole discretion.

C.2. Information Access, Biller Data, and Disclaimers

• By accessing the Ritzzpay Bill Payment platform or using Ritzzpay Bill Payment, you hereby agree that Ritzzpay may access emails and SMS from or regarding billers, bill reminders, and bill payment confirmations to identify the billers that you interact with (“Relevant Billers”), subject to you enabling email access via Ritzzpay Protect and granting SMS read permissions to the Ritzzpay platform. You acknowledge that you may not be able to use Ritzzpay Bill Payment effectively or at all without granting these permissions.
• Upon identifying Relevant Billers, Ritzzpay may periodically fetch bill details and payment statuses from these billers or through the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS). Ritzzpay may display this information to you on its platform and send you reminders of your outstanding dues to such Relevant Billers.
• If you wish to stop receiving updates regarding a Relevant Biller identified by Ritzzpay, you can archive the said Relevant Biller using the Ritzzpay platform. Additionally, you may add a new biller not automatically identified by Ritzzpay by manually inputting the biller and your account details into the Ritzzpay platform.
• While Ritzzpay undertakes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed on its platform, such information is derived from emails, SMS, billers, and other sources, which may not always be error-free. Ritzzpay does not guarantee the accuracy or error-free nature of this information. You are advised to verify your bill details before proceeding with any payments.
• You understand and acknowledge that Ritzzpay may also use your credit bureau data to fetch bill details and payment statuses in accordance with applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.

C.3. Scope of Bill Payment Services

Ritzzpay Bill Payment enables payments for a wide range of billers, including but not limited to:

• Electricity Distribution Companies
• Piped Gas Distribution Companies
• LPG Gas Companies
• Education Fees
• Water Bills

Ritzzpay reserves the right to modify, expand, or restrict the list of billers supported by its platform without prior notice.

Ritzzpay shall enable You to pay your dues (or additional amounts) to the billers using certain payment instruments. The payment instruments enabled may be changed by Ritzzpay at its sole discretion from time to time based on success rates or any other relevant consideration. Ritzzpay does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment instrument for Ritzzpay Bill Payment.

Ritzzpay shall process the payment to the biller only after Ritzzpay has received the payment from your credit card or other relevant payment instrument. Ritzzpay shall not be responsible for any delay occasioned due to any action or inaction on account of any bank or payment gateway involved in your transaction.

You agree to not hold Ritzzpay responsible and/or liable for any issue or claim arising out of any dispute whatsoever between You and the biller, the payment gateway, or Your bank.

Once a bill payment has been initiated, it cannot be reversed.

While Ritzzpay undertakes its best efforts to process the payment as directed by you at the earliest, Ritzzpay may delay, suspend, or reject a transaction for any payment(s) for any reason, including without limitation if we suspect the transaction poses a financial or security risk, or is unauthorized, or is fraudulent, suspicious, unlawful, or in any way in violation of the applicable laws around such transactions or in violation of these Terms or otherwise unusual in any manner.

Ritzzpay may levy service charges for any Ritzzpay Bill Payment transaction. Such service charges, if any, shall be displayed on the transaction screen prior to the payment being initiated.

You agree to not hold Ritzzpay liable for delays in bill payment arising from the biller's end. Ritzzpay recommends You to pay your bills early to avoid late payment fees, if any, being levied by the biller.

C.4. Indemnification

You agree to not hold Ritzzpay responsible and/or liable for any issue or claim arising out of any dispute whatsoever between You and the payment gateway, Your bank, or the Counterparty (including but not limited to billers and the BBPS system).

You shall keep Ritzzpay indemnified and hold Ritzzpay harmless in the case of any third-party claims against Ritzzpay (whether by the Counterparty, payment gateway, bank, any government authority, or any other Person) for the payments made or attempted to be made by You (or any other Person through your account) using Ritzzpay Bill Payment.

C.5. Information Input

You are responsible for all the information you input during your use of the Ritzzpay App, including the Ritzzpay Bill Payment features. You are responsible for ensuring that all the payment details provided by you are accurate.

In particular, you are responsible for ensuring the correctness of (i) details of the biller / bill account number; (ii) details of the payment instrument (or selection from the saved payment instrument); and (iii) the amounts of payment. In the event you input any of these details incorrectly or as suggested by Ritzzpay, You will be responsible for the resultant transaction and all charges that result from the same. Ritzzpay may, at its own discretion, without having any obligation to do so, assist in reversing such transactions if technically feasible and viable for Ritzzpay.

Ritzzpay may ask for additional information if required from time to time, including but not limited to bill copies, etc., to verify the underlying transactions. If you fail to provide such information, you may be unable to use the Ritzzpay Bill Payment features offered by Ritzzpay. Further, Ritzzpay may ask for additional documents in case a transaction appears to be suspicious. Failure to provide such documentation within 72 hours may result in your transaction failing, and at Ritzzpay’s sole discretion, Your access to Ritzzpay Bill Payments may be revoked.

C.6. Disclaimers

Ritzzpay Bill Payments feature is provided by Ritzzpay through (a) aggregators with whom Ritzzpay has a contract or (b) through the Bharat Bill Payment Operating Unit (BBPOU) infrastructure, where the Biller is registered with NPCI for bill payments. Accordingly, Ritzzpay Bill Payments may be unavailable or settlement delayed in the event of any downtime or issues attributable to Ritzzpay’s partners.

Once a payment has been initiated, it cannot be reversed, and Ritzzpay will not be liable in any way for any loss You suffer as a result of a transaction being carried out in accordance with the instructions issued by You.

Ritzzpay shall process the payment only after Ritzzpay has received (i) the payment from your credit card or other relevant payment instrument; and (ii) any further information requested from You by Ritzzpay. Ritzzpay shall not be responsible for any delay occasioned due to any action or inaction on account of any bank, payment gateway, or the Counterparty: the biller, the BBPS payment system involved in your transaction.

Ritzzpay does not guarantee any timelines for payments to the Counterparties. Any timelines mentioned on the Ritzzpay App or other Ritzzpay Platforms are merely indicative in nature and not to be construed as guarantees.

While Ritzzpay undertakes its best efforts to process the payment as directed by you at the earliest, Ritzzpay may delay, suspend, or reject a transaction for any payment(s) for any reason, including without limitation if we suspect the transaction poses a financial or security risk, or is unauthorized, or is fraudulent, suspicious, unlawful, or in any way in violation of the applicable laws around such transactions or in violation of these Ritzzpay Bill Payments T&Cs, subject to dispute or otherwise unusual.

Ritzzpay recommends You to pay your bills with sufficient gap from the due date, and You agree to not hold Ritzzpay liable in case of delay of payment of your bill.

C.7. Offers

Ritzzpay may from time to time make available either directly or in partnership with its Commercial Partners, certain benefits for using Ritzzpay Bill Payment. All such offers shall be governed by their terms and conditions as displayed on the Ritzzpay App in addition to these Ritzzpay Bill Payment T&Cs. Ritzzpay’s decision of the winner of such offers shall be final and binding and not subject to any appeal or dispute resolution process.

C.8. Chargebacks

A transaction may be subject to a chargeback ("Chargeback") if it is: (i) disputed by the cardholder; (ii) reversed for any reason; (iii) unauthorized by the cardholder or if Ritzzpay or the issuing bank has reason to believe it is unauthorized; or (iv) deemed unlawful or in violation of these Ritzzpay Bill Payment & Service Payments T&Cs.

In the event of a Chargeback, you will owe Ritzzpay and must immediately repay the amount of the Chargeback along with any associated fees, fines, or penalties as assessed by the payment gateway, bank, card association, or processor. You agree to assist Ritzzpay, upon request, in investigating any transactions made using the Ritzzpay App. Failure to provide timely assistance, including required documentation within 72 hours, may result in the Chargeback being deemed irreversible.

Additionally, in such cases, your access to Ritzzpay Bill Payment & Service Payments features, or to the entire Ritzzpay App and Platforms, may be suspended or blocked indefinitely at Ritzzpay's discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

Section D: Supplemental Terms for Ritzzpay Rewards

The following terms and conditions (“Ritzzpay Rewards T&Cs”) are specific to accessing various offers on the Rewards section on the Ritzzpay App (“Ritzzpay Rewards”) or any other rewards/referral programs or offers available anywhere on the Ritzzpay App. All Users accessing Ritzzpay Rewards shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Ritzzpay Rewards T&Cs.

D.1. Participation in the Rewards Section

Rewards may be of various types including but not limited to Cashback offers, Mystery Rewards, Jackpot Rewards, Raffle Rewards, Spin the Wheel Rewards, and Rewards provided by Third-Party Commercial Partners (‘Reward Promotions’).

Ritzzpay offers Users cashback and rewards provided by third-party Commercial Partners. These rewards are at the sole discretion of Ritzzpay and the Commercial Partners.

Users can participate in any Reward Promotion by availing of the rewards or cashback offers as offered through Ritzzpay Rewards or through eligible transactions with third-party Commercial Partners.

Ritzzpay does not permit any User to purchase any rewards or cashback using real-world money to enter the Reward Promotions. None of the reward promotions involve betting or wagering of real-world money.

Participation in any Reward Promotion is completely voluntary. Users may choose not to participate in any Reward Promotion. Ritzzpay does not guarantee any prize to any winner.

Users must not participate in the Reward Promotions if they are specifically prohibited by state, municipal, or other local laws from participating in such promotions or if such Reward Promotions are not permitted to be offered within such jurisdictions.

D.2. Prizes

The prizes for a Reward Promotion may be provided by Ritzzpay and/or Ritzzpay’s third-party Commercial Partners.

Users may be required to create an account, register, or sign up on a Commercial Partner’s website, app, or physical location to avail full benefits of the prizes offered.

Some prizes may be available only in specified geographies or for specified time durations.

Ritzzpay may at its sole discretion require users to provide PAN, proof of identity, and proof of residence before confirming a User as the winner.

Ritzzpay may at its discretion require a user to agree to feature in Ritzzpay’s advertisement or promotional/marketing material as a condition for receiving the prize in a Reward Promotion.

D.3. Disclaimers

The Reward Promotions are offered to the Users on an “as is” basis and without warranty or condition. The Reward Promotions may not be uninterrupted or error-free. Users waive all claims against Ritzzpay.

Selection of the winner by Ritzzpay shall be final, binding, and not subject to any dispute settlement procedures.

Where the rewards are in the nature of coupons, vouchers, or third-party partner offers, users must contact the respective Commercial Partner offering the coupon, voucher, or offer for any customer support or queries.

Ritzzpay reserves the right to deactivate or delete the User account, all related information on it, and forfeit all rewards or related prizes from any User, in the event of misuse of the offer, fraud, or suspicious transaction/activity on the Ritzzpay App or any other Ritzzpay Platform.

Ritzzpay is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any Reward Promotion. Users should obtain independent tax advice before entering any Reward Promotion.

D.4.Referral Rewards Program

Eligibility

Participation in the Ritzzpay Referral Rewards Program (“Referral Program”) is open to verified customers only.

To receive the referral commission, the referred user must make a valid transaction with a minimum payment of ₹10.

Both the referrer and the referred user must comply with Ritzzpay’s terms and conditions, including ensuring all transactions are valid and free from fraudulent activity.

Rewards and Fulfillment

Referrers will earn a recurring commission for each eligible transaction made by their referred users. The commission rate will be determined and declared by Ritzzpay at its sole discretion.

Earned commission will be credited to the Referrer’s Referral Wallet on the Ritzzpay App.

The balance in the Referral Wallet can be withdrawn to the Ritzzpay Wallet once the wallet reaches a minimum balance of ₹100.

By participating, Participants consent to providing their email ID, residential address, and PAN details as required by Ritzzpay. This information may be shared with vendors or personnel for prize fulfillment on behalf of Ritzzpay.

By participating, Participants grant Ritzzpay permission to use and display their name, photograph, and app usage details for promotional purposes on Ritzzpay’s platforms, including social media.

Ritzzpay will exclusively own all intellectual property rights, including derivative rights, related to such promotional content worldwide, in perpetuity. No further consent or compensation will be provided to Participants for such use.

General Terms

By participating in the Referral Program, Participants agree to these terms and any additional terms communicated by Ritzzpay.

Ritzzpay reserves the right to determine or modify:

• The number of rewards issued each month.
• The commission structure or other benefits under the Referral Program.

Ritzzpay makes no guarantees about the quality, condition, or suitability of any rewards and disclaims responsibility for any warranty or service issues with respect to rewards earned (if applicable).

Rewards earned are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

Ritzzpay may grant or revoke access to the Referral Program for select users at its sole discretion.

Ritzzpay is not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or participant errors that adversely affect participation or commission earnings.

Ritzzpay reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or suspend the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

Ritzzpay shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or rewards earned through the Referral Program.

All decisions made by Ritzzpay regarding the Referral Program are final, binding, and not subject to dispute or appeal.

If Ritzzpay is unable to contact a Participant or the Participant fails to cooperate within a reasonable time, Ritzzpay reserves the right to deny any rewards or commissions to such Participant.

Ritzzpay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or the Referral Program structure at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimers

Participation in the Referral Program is voluntary, and Ritzzpay does not guarantee any minimum earnings.

Ritzzpay reserves the right to investigate and disqualify Participants suspected of fraudulent or abusive activities.

The Referral Program is void where prohibited by law. Participants must ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
